The following ICNCD Registration Terms & Conditions. Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register.

Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors, of The 2nd International Conference on Natural Products and Chronic Diseases 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "the Conference"). By registering for and participating in the Conference, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1. All participants must complete the registration process and pay the required fees to attend the Conference. 2.2. Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by the organizers. 2.3. Early bird discounts, if available, are applicable only during the specified period.

3. Attendance and Participation

3.1. The Conference is open to registered participants only. 3.2. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards all other attendees, speakers, and staff. 3.3. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. The Conference promotes a harassment-free environment. Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal abuse, discrimination, or intimidation, is not tolerated. 4.2. Participants must respect the privacy and intellectual property of others. 4.3. Any form of recording or photography without prior consent from the subjects and the organizers is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials presented at the Conference, including but not limited to papers, presentations, and videos, are the intellectual property of the respective authors and presenters. 5.2. Participants may not use or reproduce any materials without explicit permission from the authors.

6. Liability

6.1. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the Conference. 6.2. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance for travel, accommodation, and personal belongings.

7. Cancellation and Changes

7.1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Conference in case of unforeseen circumstances. 7.2. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified, and registration fees will be refunded. 7.3. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Conference program, including but not limited to changes in speakers, sessions, and timings.

8. Data Protection

8.1. By registering for the Conference, participants agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information for administrative purposes and communications related to the event. 8.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the organizing institution is located.
