To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, tips, terms and deadlines mentioned.
You are invited to submit your poster to The 2nd International Conference on Natural Products and Chronic Diseases 2024, October 30th-31st , 2024. 08:00 AM West Indonesia Time.

Poster Rules
- Initial Registration and Payment
Step 1: Visit the official conference website and navigate to the registration section (https://iconference-ncd.unas.ac.id/conference-registration/).
Step 2: Fill out the registration form with the required information, such as name, affiliation, and research area.
Step 3: Complete the payment process according to your participant category.
Step 4: Save the payment receipt and registration confirmation.
- Abstract Submission
Step 1: Prepare your abstract according to the guidelines provided by the conference organizers.
Step 2: Upload your abstract to the IC-NCD website under Abstract Submission (https://iconference-ncd.unas.ac.id/abstract-submission/).
Step 3: Ensure you receive a confirmation email stating that your abstract has been successfully submitted and is under review.
- Information Receipt and Notification
Step 1: Wait for the official announcement from the conference organizers regarding the status of your abstract (accepted or not accepted).
Step 2: If your abstract is accepted, you will receive an email with detailed information about your presentation schedule, poster submission requirements, and other instructions related to the poster session.
- Poster Preparation and Submission (Softcopy and Hardcopy)
Step 1: Create your poster according to the guidelines provided, including specifications like size, format, and necessary content (e.g., title, authors, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions).
Step 2: Submit the softcopy of your poster to the conference organizers via email or through the designated platform before the specified deadline.
Step 3: Print your poster in hardcopy format following the given specifications. Ensure the print quality is high and that your poster is ready for display.
- On-site Poster Session Participation
Step 1: On the day of the event, bring your hardcopy poster to the designated location.
Step 2: Upon arrival, locate the participant registration or check-in area and obtain your conference badge or identification.
Step 3: Mount your poster on the board or area provided by the organizers. Make sure it is displayed neatly and clearly.
- Poster Presentation Session
Step 1: During the poster session, remain close to your poster to explain your research to attendees and answer any questions they may have.
Step 2: Use pointers or other aids to guide attendees through your poster and highlight key points of your research.
- Poster Removal and Event Closure
Step 1: After the poster session concludes, remove your poster from the board and take it with you.
Step 2: If there is a poster-winning certificate, make sure you pick it up before you leave the conference venue.
- Post-Conference Evaluation and Feedback
Step 1: If the organizers request post-conference feedback or a survey, take the time to complete it to help improve future conferences.
Step 2: Keep all materials and notes from the conference for your records and future reference.
